Dispatcher with customs expertise (m/f/d)

• Disposition of general cargo, part and full loads
• Communication with drivers
• Customs clearance import/export
• Control of customs-related documents
• You monitor compliance with customs regulations and processes
• Contact for internal/external customs issues
• Dispatching drivers as well as controlling, organizing and optimizing traffic
• Contract award from subcontractor
• Telephone support for customers regarding scheduling issues
• Coordination between scheduling and warehouse

• Completed vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a dispatcher desirable
• Several years of experience in national and international customs clearance
• Very good knowledge of German Basic knowledge of English and user knowledge of MS-Office
• Planning and coordination skills
• Independent, self-reliant and careful way of working
• Strong communication skills, motivation and flexibility
• Assertive personality
