Global Polymer Sales Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Global Polymer Sales Expert (m/f/d) with proven experience in successfully negotiating and closing profitable contracts in this field.
  • You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of polymer products on a global scale.
  • You identify potential customers and markets and carry out market analyses to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • You build long-term relationships with existing customers and win new customers through active acquisition and networking.
  • You will work closely with the technical team to develop customer-specific solutions and ensure that the products meet the requirements and standards.
  • You negotiate contracts, prices and delivery terms to ensure a win-win situation for the company and the customer.
  • You follow market and industry trends to gain a competitive edge and continuously improve the product portfolio.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales of polymer products or related technical products on a global scale.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conclude complex contracts.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different working environments.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
