Global Polymer Sales Expert (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Global Polymer Sales Expert (m/f/d) with proven experience in successfully negotiating and closing profitable contracts in this field.
- You will develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales of polymer products on a global scale.
- You identify potential customers and markets and carry out market analyses to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- You build long-term relationships with existing customers and win new customers through active acquisition and networking.
- You will work closely with the technical team to develop customer-specific solutions and ensure that the products meet the requirements and standards.
- You negotiate contracts, prices and delivery terms to ensure a win-win situation for the company and the customer.
- You follow market and industry trends to gain a competitive edge and continuously improve the product portfolio.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or a related field. An advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales of polymer products or related technical products on a global scale.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to conclude complex contracts.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different working environments.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
