Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Administrative and organizational support for the sales team
  • Processing our international sales
  • Telephone and written customer service
  • Participation in the preparation of offer documents
  • Creation of internal order documents
  • Creating invoices
  • Request for quotation and price comparison
  • Order acceptance and processing
  • Monitoring delivery dates and quantities
  • Customs clearance for import and export
  • Approval system and organization of official requirements
  • Maintenance of supplier and material master data

Your profile:

  • Completed training in a profession with a commercial and/or business background
  • Experience in the forwarding and export business as well as in customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
  • Independent, strategic thinking and acting
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of English or special foreign languages is an advantage
  • Team player and organizational talent with a forward-looking, structured and conscientious way of working
  • Confidentiality and loyalty
