Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Administrative and organizational support for the sales team
- Processing our international sales
- Telephone and written customer service
- Participation in the preparation of offer documents
- Creation of internal order documents
- Creating invoices
- Request for quotation and price comparison
- Order acceptance and processing
- Monitoring delivery dates and quantities
- Customs clearance for import and export
- Approval system and organization of official requirements
- Maintenance of supplier and material master data
Your profile:
- Completed training in a profession with a commercial and/or business background
- Experience in the forwarding and export business as well as in customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
- Independent, strategic thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
- Good knowledge of English or special foreign languages is an advantage
- Team player and organizational talent with a forward-looking, structured and conscientious way of working
