May we introduce: Hector, a worn POM COPO plastic part that had been used for years in a mechanical assembly.
When the assembly was upgraded, Hector was considered obsolete and destined for disposal. Fortunately, it found its way to a recycling center. After processing, Hector was transformed into a robust gear made from recycled POM COPO plastic. This gear was then used in a new industrial machine, illustrating the sustainable life cycle of POM COPO plastics.
